Services | Abilities

My rate is $425/hour for both mediation and legal services.  I generally request a retainer between $3000-$7500 when I am your lawyer. 

Mediation

My main focus is on mediation. As a neutral, third party I will analyze your legal issues (divorce, custody, landlord | tenant, etc.) and complete all of the necessary documentation needed to help the parties reach a settlement agreement.  The first two hours are a flat fee of $1000, which may be all the time we need to complete your settlement. Any additional time is at my hourly rate above.

Custody

In very limited situations, I will take a custody case and represent individuals by addressing all custody issues, including visitation, relocation, child support and other child related financial issues.

Adoption

I will provide representation for individuals who are ready to legally finalize the adoption of a child or adult.

Premarital Agreements/QDRO’s

I will provide advice and drafting of both Premarital Agreements and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.

Divorce

I provide advice and representation to finalize your divorce, by addressing all issues, including custody, child support, spousal support and division of assets and debts.  I will also represent clients in post-divorce enforcement and custodial modifications.

Guardianship

I will provide representation for individuals who want to petition the court for guardianship over a minor or incapacitated adult.  I will also represent individuals who contest such appointment.

Landlord Representation

I will provide advice and representation for landlords in landlord/tenant actions.

Contracts/Real Estate/Business

I will provide services for certain business matters, real estate transactions, and operating agreements.
